We’re based in Hampshire, in the New Forest, working with clients locally and across the UK. Rachael Vradis (née Kelly), a qualified architect and interior architect from Cork, Ireland leads every project personally to ensure a warm, approachable experience from first conversation to final drawings.
We understand the emotional and financial significance of improving your home. Our role is to make the process clear, supportive and enjoyable, helping you make confident decisions and shape a home you’ll love living in.

Our Recent Projects

Interior Design
We provide a full interior design service to suit your budget, offered independently or alongside your architectural project.
We specify all fixtures, fittings and finishes, including moodboards to help you to visualise the scheme.
Community
We love where we live and are delighted to get involved in community projects whenever we can.
Our latest community project is the redesign of the Lawrence Boxing Club in Lymington.
